Ohh boy! Whatever! For any reason (even if you spend your bottom dollar and you need money) simply ship it back (Ohh man it’s gonna be torture to go to post office right now!) whenever you want to us, in new and unworn condition with original packaging, and we will happily issue a refund.
Returning item that are in new and unworn condition with original packaging is in 30 days. In case of any dissatisfaction, you can always contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Sign in to your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
- Click on the ‘CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN’ button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
- If you would like to exchange an item because the fit is not right, choose the replacement size.
- To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
- Check the box to agree with our Returns Policy. You will then receive an email containing your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.
- To arrange an exchange or return, login to your account and select My Orders, under My Account. Click CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN and follow the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to return/exchance your collection.
- You have 30 days to return.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, USA you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. If you selected PayPal when you placed your order, any applicable taxes and duties on your exchange should be paid with your debit or credit card.
To exchange an item, request a return through your account, specifying the new size that you require. To arrange an exchange or return, login to your account and select My Orders, under My Account. Click CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN and follow the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to return/exchange your collection. For exchanges, you will be prompted to tick a box on the ‘REVIEW & CONFIRM’ page.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges and we accept returned apparel that has not been used, worn, laundered and has its original tags attached. And for other products which have all the original packaging or accessories.
You have 30 days exchanges.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your account and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, to our address below or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org You may also use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
- On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Customer Care will email to confirm your return. Please sign, date and complete the returns proforma that arrived with your order and include it with your return so that we can process your refund promptly.
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at:Hardal Media GP

- Please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
- All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
- We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
The cancellation period will expire 15 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the last of the goods.
